By accessing or using Fast2msg services, including Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Messaging, RCS Messaging, Email (SMTP), APIs, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services.

Description of Services

Fast2msg provides:

  • Bulk SMS services

  • WhatsApp Business messaging solutions

  • RCS messaging services

  • Bulk Email (SMTP) services

  • API access and SDK integrations

  • Communication management tools

All services are provided subject to regulatory compliance and technical availability.

Account Registration

To use Fast2msg services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Comply with applicable telecom and IT regulations

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Regulatory Compliance (DLT / Telecom / Messaging Rules)

Users must comply with:

  • TRAI / DLT regulations (for India-based messaging)

  • WhatsApp Business policies

  • Anti-spam and anti-abuse laws

  • Email communication regulations

Fast2msg is not responsible for message rejections due to:

  • DLT template mismatch

  • Sender ID rejection

  • Policy violations

  • Content restrictions

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use Fast2msg for:

  • Spam or unsolicited communications

  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content

  • Phishing or malware distribution

  • Illegal gambling, adult content, or prohibited services

  • Harassment or abusive messaging

Violation may result in immediate suspension without refund.

Payments & Wallet Credits

  • Payments are added as prepaid credits.

  • Credits are non-transferable.

  • Used credits are non-refundable.

  • Pricing may change without prior notice.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Service Availability

While we strive for high uptime, Fast2msg does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We are not liable for:

  • Carrier-level delays

  • Network congestion

  • Third-party platform outages

  • Regulatory blocking

Data Hosting & Infrastructure

Fast2msg is a product of Neoistone Technologies LLP.
All data is hosted on infrastructure managed by Neoistone under its Hostingaro division.

Access to customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Data Retention

Messaging logs (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Email) may be stored for up to 12 months for:

  • Compliance

  • Security

  • Billing verification

  • Dispute resolution

Older logs are deleted or anonymized unless legally required.

Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, branding, and systems are the property of Neoistone Technologies LLP.

Users may not:

  • Reverse engineer the platform

  • Resell services without authorization

  • Copy or modify platform code

Limitation of Liability

Fast2msg shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of profits or business interruption

  • Carrier filtering or regulatory rejection

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the previous 30 days.

Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Illegal activities are detected

  • Regulatory directives require action

  • Payment disputes or chargebacks occur

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fast2msg and Neoistone Technologies LLP against claims arising from:

  • Your content

  • Your regulatory violations

  • Your misuse of services

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction in [Insert Your City, State].

Changes to Terms

Fast2msg reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
