  • No message content is retained beyond the retention period unless legally required.

Neoistone utilizes internal hosting infrastructure under its hosting division, Hostingaro, which is also a product owned and operated by Neoistone Technologies LLP.

This means:

  • Fast2msg data is hosted on Hostingaro-managed servers.
  • Hostingaro operates solely as infrastructure provider.
  • Neoistone retains full ownership and control of Fast2msg data.

No third-party hosting providers are granted ownership rights over stored data.

Data Ownership

All customer data generated through Fast2msg services (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Email, API logs) remains:

  • The property of the respective Fast2msg customer.
  • Processed by Fast2msg as a service provider.
  • Stored under Neoistone’s managed infrastructure.

Neoistone does not claim ownership of customer message content.

Access Control & Internal Data Rights

Access to Fast2msg data is strictly limited to:

  • Authorized Neoistone technical personnel
  • System administrators for maintenance and security purposes
  • Compliance officers (if required by law)

Hostingaro infrastructure administrators do not access Fast2msg customer data unless:

  • Required for server maintenance
  • Security investigation
  • Legal compliance
  • Written internal authorization

All access is logged and monitored.

Data Separation & Internal Governance

Although Fast2msg and Hostingaro operate under Neoistone, logical separation is maintained through:
