1. Overview

At Fast2msg, we provide digital communication services including Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Messaging, RCS Messaging, Email (SMTP), and API-based messaging solutions. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are governed by the terms outlined below.

2. Prepaid Wallet & Credits

  • All payments made to Fast2msg are added as prepaid wallet credits.
  • Wallet credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once used.
  • Unused credits may be eligible for refund only under conditions mentioned below.

3. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • The payment was made due to a duplicate transaction.
  • Technical issues on our end prevented service activation.
  • The service was not delivered due to verified system failure.
  • Refund request is submitted within 7 days of payment.

Refunds will not be processed if:

  • Messages were successfully submitted or delivered.
  • Rejection was due to DLT, operator filtering, or template mismatch.
  • The issue was caused by incorrect API integration or user configuration.
  • The service was suspended due to violation of terms.

4. DLT & Regulatory Compliance

Fast2msg operates under TRAI/DLT regulations. Message rejections due to:

  • DLT template mismatch
  • Sender ID rejection
  • Content policy violation

are not eligible for refund.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within:

  • 7–10 business days
  • Via the original payment method

Transaction charges (if any) may be deducted.

6. Subscription Plans (If Applicable)

If subscription-based plans are introduced:

  • No partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellation.
  • Services remain active until billing period ends.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Legal recovery action

Users are encouraged to contact support before initiating disputes.
